Frequently asked questions
What happens if I exceed my job limit?
CronFlow will notify you at 80% and 100% of your monthly quota. If you hit the limit, scheduled jobs will be paused — not deleted. You can upgrade mid-billing cycle and your jobs resume immediately.
Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
Yes. Switching from monthly to annual applies a prorated credit to your account. Switching from annual to monthly takes effect at the end of your current billing year.
Is there a discount for nonprofits or open-source projects?
We offer 50% off Pro and Enterprise plans for verified nonprofits and maintained open-source projects. Email us at plans@cronflow.io with a link to your project or 501(c)(3) documentation.
How does the 14-day trial work?
You get full access to the Pro plan for 14 days. No credit card is required to start. If you don't upgrade, your account automatically downgrades to the Free tier and your data is retained for 30 days.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. Cancel from your dashboard in two clicks. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We don't do lock-in contracts.
